Designed with a single rotating shaft connected to a drive rotor, a single sealing system and a robust support (one bearing and two bushings), through just the removal of the cover the V series pumps guarantee easy access to the internal parts (rotating parts, pin and bushing of the idler gear or idler wheel).
Because of these characteristics, V pumps are particularly popular in production and maintenance departments.
By providing a scheduled maintenance plan aimed at a few components of the pump (such as the sealing system and idler wheel bushing), high performance over time can be ensured at reduced costs.

If maintenance interventions become necessary frequently, the Varisco Srl Team is available for free assistance, advising on any technical improvements to be made to the pump/plant system and evaluating with the customer the possible complete replacement of the pumping part at discounted prices.
Furthermore, the maintenance and overhaul service is available through the "Varisco Service Partner" workshops or directly on site, where all inspection operations, assembly of the necessary spare parts and complete overhaul of the pump are guaranteed "turnkey".
